Dinçer Güzeldere is the managing director and shareholder of the company.
Mesut Karaderili
Mr. Mesut Karaderili is the general manager of the company. He is joined on 2023 and representing company on project development, textile sales and development for textile brands. He has more than 35 years experience in textile area as well as brand management.
Kerim Bölten
Kerim Bölten, having expertise in corporate law more than 15+ years and working as a certified lawyer in Turkey and Europe. Kerim Bölten deals with daily and complex legal matters for our company since 2024 January. He has the key role for the company and its management on legal aspect.
Emel Değirmenci
Ms. Emel Değirmenci joined our team on 2024 as a general administrator. She has 30+ year experince in the market and managed several international companies.
Ertunç Güzeldere
Mr. Ertunç Güzeldere accepts the role as sales manager in the company since he has 15+ years experince in sales in Europe especially in Italy. He acted as sales manager and operations manager for several Italian and Turkish companies. Now he is sharing his connections and knowledge to develop Leon Business.
Faruk Bayrak
Faruk Bayrak joined Leon Business in 2025 as a part of sales team. He has +25 years in textile business since he worked as the head sales for several international companies during his career. He is handling sale of textile raw materials and having strong connections in global market.
